2024 is upon us, so it’s time for your favourite annual traditions:
- celebrating with friends,
- champagne at midnight to ring in the new year
- and, of course, my predictions for the coming year.
Ok, so we may be taking some liberties with that last one, but it’s been three years now I’ve offered my prognostications for the next 365 days.
And after 2023 with increasing interest rates, strong buyer demand, and prices that just won’t fall, what do I foresee for 2024’s housing and mortgage market in 2024?
