Several other brokers had turned down our case and we were close to giving up, but John was the first to take a chance on us and make our dream of a home a reality.

The entire team is phenomenal. Kevin was an absolute legend managing the day-to-day case, talking us off the ledge on multiple occasions, and walking us through the whole process without losing his patience. Michelle made the endless paperwork stress-free with her super-quick replies and constant availability. And Linda pulled off a minor miracle with our life insurance, even stepping in to sort it remotely while on holiday!

I bought my first home 2.5 years ago, and back then, I had very little knowledge about mortgages, interest rates or how much of a difference the right advice could actually make. During a conversation with John about property, I happened to mention my mortgage interest rate, and he immediately pointed out that it was considerably higher than what I could potentially get. I filled out the roadmap form, and from there, John and his brilliant team did the rest.
Today, not only is my interest rate significantly lower, but my mortgage tenure has also been reduced. That’s a huge difference financially, and something I genuinely didn’t realise was possible when I first bought my home. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions we make, and finding the right people to guide you through it can make all the difference.

The process can be lengthy and overwhelming, but John, Michelle, Kevin, Catherine and Deeksha made everything so transparent, straightforward and far less stressful. Sometimes, one random conversation can genuinely change your financial journey. 🤍

I successfully switched my mortgage, interest rate is now lower, mortgage tenure has been reduced to 10 years, and I’m actually paying less every month than I was paying before.
