Hi everyone,

Here is my recommendation to thank Suyá Sausmikat and the team at JC Mortgages for all their hard work.

We went through the entire process with Suyá since June, covering all the bureaucracy, document analysis, contact with the bank, and recommendations for solicitors and engineers for the snagging. This really simplified the whole process, and with our busy routine, they were more than essential during our house purchase.

We would like to immensely thank them for all the care and service they provided. During the house buying process, we experienced a family bereavement which required us to rush back to Brazil. They looked after everything while we were away, and when we returned to Ireland, our keys were ready to be handed over!

Our entire process took approximately three and a half months in total.
