From start to finish, the team was supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get my dream home. John, Deborah, Linda, Isabela, and Michelle all played their part in guiding me through the process, and I’m truly grateful for their effort.

But I especially want to thank Kevin. When unforeseen issues with the builder delayed my final closure, I was under serious pressure with my rental apartment running out of time. Kevin stepped in right when I needed him most — making sure my funds were released immediately once the paperwork was ready. He didn’t just handle the logistics; he guided me through the entire process, kept me calm, and helped me set realistic expectations with the builder.

I'm so glad that we went not just with any broker, but that we went with JC's. John and his whole team were amazing. They were always available for a call and to listen and give advice and talk things through and I can't imagine having gone through the process without them.

Our application was nonstandard and John had a solution I didn't even know was possible and was able to talk us through all the different options. Linda did the same when it came to life insurance and we felt like we were in good hands all the way. Communication was always great and we knew exactly what we had to do every step of the way. Whatever stage we were at, some member of the team was expediting things on our behalf and helping us get over the line.
