Krishnakant Singh is a Mortgage Broker and Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) at JC Mortgages who brings a uniquely thorough perspective to every client he works with, having sat on both sides of the lending process. Before helping clients secure mortgages, Krishnakant worked as a KYC and Compliance Analyst, gaining a first-hand understanding of how lenders assess risk. He went on to work as a mortgage advisor with Permanent TSB (PTSB) and EBS, guiding clients through the full mortgage journey from application to approval. Today, he works with clients in Dublin and beyond, with a particular focus on supporting the Indian community in Ireland.

Krishnakant’s path into mortgage advisory began with a front-row seat to how lenders think. As a KYC Operations Analyst with Drip Capital, he spent close to three years validating documentation and managing risk assessments, learning exactly what lenders look for and why. He carried that insight into his future roles as a Mortgage Adviser at PTSB and was selected for the PTSB Colleague Banking Team (an Internal recognition for the staff, who consistently achieve their target) and later at EBS, where he consistently met targets across First Time Buyer, Second Time Buyer, Switchers & Self build applications and customer service. That dual perspective, understanding risk from the inside and guidance from the outside, now shapes how he approaches every client’s application at JC Mortgages.
