Not to pat ourselves on the back (okay… maybe just a little), but one of the most remarkable milestones we’ve hit is this: John Coleman and the entire JC Mortgages team now hold a perfect 5‑star Google rating—even after 200 reviews.
In today’s episode, we’re diving into what that milestone really means, why it reflects the dedication of our team, and how it reinforces our commitment to constantly improving the client experience.
We’ll also have a bit of fun chatting about the one “bad” review—John’s lone 3‑star rating—and celebrating JC Mortgages being named one of the top five mortgage brokers in all of Ireland.
