We are first time buyers who recently bought our house in Clontarf and we could not recommend John and his team highly enough . They were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we got our mortgage approved . Alisha Bellingham14 days agoA random conversation about property investment turned into hundreds of euros in savings- and honestly, I’m so glad I had that conversation.🏡✨ I bought my first home 2.5 years ago, and back then, I had very little knowledge about mortgages, interest rates or how much of a difference the right advice could actually make. During a conversation with John about property, I happened to mention my mortgage interest rate, and he immediately pointed out that it was considerably higher than what I could potentially get. I filled out the roadmap form, and from there, John and his brilliant team did the rest. Today, not only is my interest rate significantly lower, but my mortgage tenure has also been reduced. That’s a huge difference financially, and something I genuinely didn’t realise was possible when I first bought my home. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions we make, and finding the right people to guide you through it can make all the difference. The process can be lengthy and overwhelming, but John, Michelle, Kevin, Catherine and Deeksha made everything so transparent, straightforward and far less stressful. Buying a home can be quite stressful, but John and the team made the whole process much easier than we expected. From our first conversation right through to getting the keys, everyone was extremely helpful, responsive and patient. They always took the time to explain things clearly and were there whenever we had a question or needed some reassurance. There was great collaboration and coordination across the team. A big thank you to Kevin, Linda, Michelle and Deborah, who were fantastic throughout the process. Their knowledge, patience and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. The online portal was another big plus. Uploading documents and keeping track of everything was simple and well organised, which took away a lot of the usual paperwork stress. Thankfully, we found JC Mortgages and successfully bought our house in Adamstown, Co. Dublin. John, Kevin, and their entire team were amazing and made the whole system so easy to understand. Having a dashboard with every required document made things so much easier. They also recommendations about a solicitor, surveyor, valuation etc, so we knew we could trust the people they recommend. We are first time buyers in North County Dublin.
